Flip Cupcake
THE IRISH CARBOMB CUPCAKE ::
I made this cupcake last year for Valentines Day [known in my relationship as the non-institutionalized Relationship Celebration Day]. Here it is again with Guinness cocoa cake, Cheap Chinese whiskey chocolate ganache filling, and Bailey’s Irish Crème frosting. I accidently gave one to an alcoholic who was a part of AA. I didn’t dare tell her it was more than a chocolate cupcake…but she really did love it.
